Hiring: Lease & Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst Bangalore (Bellandur) Night Shift

Location: Bangalore (Bellandur)

Shift: Night Shift

CTC: Up to 9.5 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to Currently Serving Candidates

We are hiring experienced Finance professionals for a Lease & Fixed Asset Accounting role with one of the leading global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities.
• Manage Lease Accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Handle Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and asset reconciliations.
• Support FP&A Reporting, including preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in RTR (Record to Report).
• Hands-on experience in Lease Accounting.
• Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Exposure to FP&A Reporting.
• SAP experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Eligibility

• Experience: Relevant experience in RTR, Lease Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and FP&A Reporting.
• Education: BBA, BMS, or any Finance Graduate.
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period.
