Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver counseling services to general education high school students-both individually and in group settings.
• Implement social-emotional support programs and positive behavioral interventions across classrooms and school buildings.
• Maintain high-quality electronic documentation with proficiency in SOAP notes and Google platforms.
• Participate in professional learning initiatives and collaborate with education staff on student support strategies.
• Flexibly assist with mental health programming or interventions as needs arise throughout the building.

• Master's degree is required-applicants with a bachelor's are not eligible.
• Current, appropriate state licensure for mental health service provision (LARA License, MDE credential, or relevant Michigan school counselor/psychology credentials as outlined by LARA/BPL).
• Ability to navigate electronic documentation systems and proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in school-based counseling or social work is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
