Hiring | Senior Manager – PMS & AIF Operations | Mumbai

A leading Wealth Management and Alternative Investment platform is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – PMS & AIF Operations to lead and strengthen its investment operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) operations.
• Oversee trade lifecycle management including trade validation, settlement, reconciliation, and corporate actions.
• Ensure seamless execution of investor onboarding, capital calls, subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and fund accounting support.
• Coordinate with Custodians, Depositories, RTAs, Trustees, Fund Administrators, Brokers, Banks, and Auditors for efficient operational delivery.
• Drive regulatory compliance in line with SEBI PMS and SEBI AIF Regulations , ensuring robust governance and audit readiness.
• Monitor NAV processes, portfolio reconciliations, client reporting, MIS, and operational risk controls.
• Lead automation initiatives, process improvements, SOP implementation, and operational excellence projects.
• Collaborate with Investment, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Client Servicing teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and manage high-performing operations teams while ensuring adherence to service standards and SLAs.

Ideal Candidate

• 8 to 15+ years of experience in PMS Operations , AIF Operations , Wealth Management Operations, or Capital Markets Operations.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS & AIF Regulations , fund operations, custody, depository processes, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
• Experience working with Portfolio Managers, Fund Managers, Custodians, Trustees, Fund Administrators, and Alternative Investment platforms .
• Exposure to investor servicing, fund accounting, NAV validation, audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
