The Org Excellence (OE) team within RBS Business Excellence is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Non-Tech) to own the product vision, strategy, and cross-functional delivery of scalable AI-aided solutions that serve Business Excellence programs and are designed for reuse across Amazon. This role combines product strategy with AI fluency and cross-organisational delivery — owning the end-to-end customer experience of complex, multi-stakeholder programs that turn OE’s operational expertise into productised, self-service tooling.
