On behalf of UMG, we are looking for a Collaboration Analyst for a 12 month contract based in London .
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, providing support coverage between 07:30 and 16:30.

As part of our Global Technical Operations team, you'll play a key role in delivering and continuously improving the collaboration technologies that keep our business connected around the world.
We're looking for a Collaboration Analyst with experience across Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom and SaaS platforms who is passionate about creating great user experiences, solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement.
How you'll CREATE: Deliver a seamless collaboration experience by supporting and optimising platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Slack and Google Workspace .
Enable productivity across the business through the administration of Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and OneDrive .
Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to minimise service disruption.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding and access management, ensuring users have the tools they need to succeed.
Maintain the reliability, security and performance of collaboration platforms through ongoing administration, maintenance and upgrades.
Monitor service health and performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Create and maintain clear documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures that support service excellence.
Drive efficiency through automation, leveraging PowerShell and other tools to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness.

You'll thrive in this role if you have: Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom and other enterprise collaboration platforms .
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Experience administering SaaS-based technologies and collaboration environments.
Knowledge of Exchange Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams administration .
Basic to intermediate PowerShell skills, with an interest in automation and continuous improvement.
Experience working in IT Operations, Service Desk or Collaboration Support environments.
