Accounting Associate (Raleigh, NC)

Position Overview

Coldwell Banker Advantage is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional in our Raleigh, NC home office. This in-person, full-time position requires a high degree of organization, discipline and understanding of working within a large residential real estate enterprise. This position supports the accounting team with daily financial operations and administrative tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•       Real estate transaction reporting

•       Accounts payable

•       Transactional recording and posting

•       Bookkeeping duties

•       Maintaining communication and updates with the sales organization

•       Attend in-person meetings

•       Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•       2+ years of relevant accounting experience

•       Proven ability to manage financial records

•       Previously worked in a residential real estate supporting role

•       Experience with all Microsoft office and Google Workspace applications

Candidate Profile:

•       Strong team player with a high level of organization, self-discipline, and attention to detail

•       Exceptional communicator – both verbal and written

•       Solid understanding of accounts payable principles

•       Desires to multitask in a fast-paced environment

•       Ability to work independently
