Virtual Director of Special Education

OHDELA is seeking a Special Education Director to lead all K-12 SPED programs in a virtual school with required in-person state testing and events. You will align services with IDEA, coordinate IEPs, and supervise coordinators and support staff.

This role requires a Master’s in Special Education or related field, Ohio licensure, 5+ years of SPED experience, and strong leadership, data analysis, and compliance skills. Travel for annual meetings and testing is expected.
