What You Will Do:

• You will provide compassionate one-to-one support for children using individualized behavioral interventions and therapeutic strategies.
• You will help implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs that promote positive behavior, learning, communication, and independence.
• You will observe behaviors, document progress accurately, and communicate important updates to supervisors and the clinical care team.

• You will collaborate respectfully with families and colleagues to support consistent treatment plans and positive outcomes.

What You Will Bring:

• You bring genuine enthusiasm for working with children, including children with autism or behavioral health needs.
• You communicate clearly, listen thoughtfully, and build trusting relationships with children, families, and team members.
• You remain calm, patient, reliable, and adaptable when supporting children through challenging moments.
• You are willing to learn treatment plans, behavioral interventions, documentation practices, and guidance from experienced clinicians.
• You have an interest in psychology, mental health, counseling, social work, education, child development, or ABA therapy.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in childcare, education, group counseling, therapeutic support, crisis intervention, or behavioral health is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with autism services, family support, treatment planning, trauma-informed care, or Applied Behavior Analysis is welcomed.
• Coursework or career goals related to psychology, counseling, social work, or mental health can help you grow quickly in this role.

Pay and Benefits:

This in person role in Concord, CA pays $25 to $30 hourly.
