About the Role
We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team, servicing the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and install systems across a range of commercial properties.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Maintain heating and cooling equipment
- Install HVAC systems

Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
- Familiarity with EPA regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus

Requirements
- Must be committed to working full-time hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to relocate a 10 ft ladder without assistance
- Must be able to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, and reach overhead to perform work duties

Compensation & Benefits
**Wage Rate: $20-$30/hour
