- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 5, 8-hour shifts per week
- 20 - 25 patients per day
- Adults and some geriatrics patient population
- May float to other sites as needed
- Workers comp, MS evals, and occupational health exams
- DOT certification required
- 2 years of recent occupational health experience required
- Hospital privileges required
