Are you an experienced real estate professional with expertise in Mandate Sales? ANAROCK is looking for a dynamic Closing Manager to drive successful sales closures and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end sales closures for exclusive mandate residential projects.
2. Guide clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.
4. Handle negotiations and successfully convert qualified leads into bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying experience.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
✔ 3–6 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
✔ Mandatory experience in Mandate Sales.
✔ Strong understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate market.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
✔ Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
