Job Description
Thrive Autism Services is a specialty agency for children with autism spectrum disorder, with both in-clinic and in-home services. We service clients with behavior, cognitive, developmental needs from 18 months into adulthood. We offer caring ABA therapy centered around the client’s voice and experience. Position Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be providing services to children with a range of cognitive, behavioral, developmental disorders/diagnoses. You will work directly with board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to deliver and implement behavioral intervention and skill acquisition programming. In addition, you will also collect data, manage problem behaviors, and receive training in all areas of direct service delivery. You will primarily serve an instructional role teaching in the areas of social, adaptive, functional communication, emotional and behavioral regulation, and independent self-care skills. The preferred candidate will be passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum. The Ideal Technician Will:
