About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and business-oriented Executive Assistant to the Director to join our Executive Office.
This is not a conventional PA role . The position requires a strategic professional who can work closely with the Director in driving business priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, monitoring organizational performance, and supporting key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director to manage strategic priorities, business reviews, and executive communications.
- Prepare business presentations, MIS dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key business initiatives and action plans.
- Track organizational KPIs, project milestones, and follow up on deliverables with business leaders.
- Organize leadership meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in an Executive Office, CEO/Director's Office, PMO, Strategy, Business Excellence, or Corporate Planning.
- Prior experience in the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industry will be an advantage.
