Manager – Retail Projects | Mumbai

The Souled Store is one of India's fastest-growing youth fashion brands with 60+ stores across the country and an ambitious retail expansion roadmap.

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Retail Projects to lead end-to-end store development across Pan India. This role will be responsible for store planning, design coordination, project execution, quality control, vendor management, and successful store launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end retail store rollout projects across India from planning to launch.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Review layouts, BOQs, technical drawings, and execution plans.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per brand standards.

• Manage contractors, procurement timelines, project budgets, and execution schedules.

• Drive quality control and consistency across all store formats.

• Monitor project progress and resolve execution challenges proactively.

• Lead multiple store launches simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 12–15+ years of experience in Retail Projects (apparels), Store Development, Retail Expansion, or Interior Fit-outs.

• Strong experience managing Pan-India retail rollout projects.

• Expertise in store planning, design coordination, and execution management.

• Strong understanding of retail fixtures, materials, MEP coordination, and construction processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.

• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills.

• Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail, QSR, or Consumer brands preferred.
