About the Role
Kadkraft Systems Private Limited is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team at our Mohali office. The candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on working knowledge of Tally .
The role will involve day-to-day accounting, maintaining financial records, reconciliations and supporting the team in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, payment and journal entries Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documentation Perform bank reconciliations Reconcile customer and vendor accounts Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records Assist in GST and TDS related documentation and compliance Maintain inventory-related accounting records Follow up and maintain records of outstanding customer payments Support month-end accounting and preparation of financial reports Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records Assist the Accounts team with statutory compliance and other routine financial activitiesCandidate Requirements
B. Com graduate 1-3 years of accounting experience Good hands-on knowledge of Tally Basic knowledge of GST and TDS Working knowledge of MS Excel Good understanding of basic accounting principles Familiarity with invoicing, ledger accounting and bank reconciliation Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain proper records and documentation Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned accounting activitiesPreferred Candidate
Candidates residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula or nearby areas will be preferred.
