Job Description (JD) for a Sales Manager in the Polymer Industry — candidates with experience: Job Title: Sales Manager – Polymer Vertical Location: Morbi Department: Sales Reports To: Business Head – MRPL Polymer Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our MRPL sales team in the polymer industry. The candidate will support senior sales staff, maintain client relationships, and assist in achieving sales targets for polymer products of MRPL in Morbi, Surat,Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Mehsana Key Responsibilities: • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities for the polymer sales of MRPL (Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited) • Manage key accounts and handle client inquiries. • Promote and sell polymer products to existing and prospective customers. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Prepare and deliver product presentations and basic technical support. • Collect market feedback and report customer needs to the Business Head. • Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team to ensure smooth delivery and payment follow-ups. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. • 1–5 years of sales or internship experience in the polymer/plastics/chemical industry is preferred.
