Clinical Pharmacist — Patient Care & Drug Safety

Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to supervise client Pharmacy Services, manage inventory and ensure safe, rational drug use across primary care sites. You will support physicians, monitor high‑alert medications, and provide comprehensive drug information and counseling to staff and patients.

The role includes recording interventions, delivering CME sessions, and generating monthly reports to support rational pharmacotherapy and patient safety within the hospital
