The Opportunity

Harper Harrison is partnering with a major electrical contractor looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Executive to support major construction operations in Las Vegas. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an electrical construction professional with a proven track record of overseeing complex projects, managing project teams and driving strong commercial and operational performance. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight across large-scale electrical construction projects, including commercial developments, data centers, resorts and other significant ground-up construction opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide senior-level oversight and leadership across major electrical construction projects.

Take accountability for overall project performance, profitability, client relationships and delivery outcomes.

Lead and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and supporting project delivery teams.

Work alongside operational leadership to develop project execution strategies and resource plans.

Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, risk management and commercial performance.

Develop strong relationships with owners, developers, general contractors and strategic clients.

Support the negotiation and management of contracts, change orders and major commercial decisions.

Ensure alignment between preconstruction, estimating, operations and project delivery.

Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and secure repeat business.

Contribute to long-term operational growth and the successful expansion of the Las Vegas business.

Candidate Requirements

Extensive experience within electrical construction, including senior project leadership responsibilities.

Proven success overseeing major multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects.

Experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers and project delivery professionals.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial performance, risk management and financial reporting.

Experience across large ground-up commercial construction projects.

Background in data centers, major commercial developments, resort construction or large-scale multifamily projects preferred.

Established relationships with general contractors, developers or owners would be advantageous.

Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Based in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas.
