Technical content writer

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can turn complex B2 B technology, Saa S, data, and AI concepts into clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching technical topics, understanding Saa S products, interviewing subject matter experts, and creating content that is useful for both technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Research and write high-quality technical content for blogs, landing pages, product pages, guides, and knowledge resources. Create SEO-focused content around B2 B data, lead generation, sales intelligence, Saa S, AI, data enrichment, email verification, and related topics. Understand technical product features and translate them into simple, customer-friendly language. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather technical information. Interview subject matter experts and convert technical discussions into structured content. Create detailed how-to guides, product documentation, tutorials, comparisons, and educational resources. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent, topical authority, and organic rankings. Research competitors and identify content gaps and opportunities. Ensure content is factually accurate, well-structured, original, and easy to understand. Update and optimize existing content based on SEO performance and product changes. Maintain consistent brand voice and editorial standards across all content. Support content initiatives such as newsletters, case studies, Linked In content, e books, and product-led content when required.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in technical writing, Saa S content writing, B2 B content, or a similar role. Strong understanding of Saa S, technology, AI, APIs, databases, or B2 B software. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing accuracy. Strong research and analytical skills. Good understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword research, and content optimization. Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer, or similar SEO tools is a plus. Ability to work with subject matter experts and independently gather technical information. Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy. Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

Experience writing for B2 B Saa S or sales technology companies. Experience with APIs, developer-focused content, or technical documentation. Understanding of AI, data enrichment, lead generation, CRM, sales automation, or email marketing. Experience creating comparison pages and competitor-focused content. Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, or CMS platforms. Experience building topical authority and content clusters.
