WE ARE HIRING – SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Punjabi Speaker) – IMMIGRATION (REMOTE – INDIA) We are looking for street-smart sales closers with 2–3 years of experience in immigration sales who can confidently counsel and consult immigration services and enroll candidates into Canadian education programs. This is NOT a support role. This is pure sales — follow-ups, objection handling, pressure situations, and closing deals. If sales is not how you make money, this role is not for you. ⏰ WORK TIMING 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (Toronto Time) (Full-time availability during these hours is mandatory) WHAT YOU WILL DO • Close paid clients for immigration services • Enroll candidates into Canadian education & career-growth programs • Handle leads, follow-ups, objections, and conversions • Hit monthly targets — no excuses, no stories ✅ APPLY ONLY IF • You have 2–3 years of sales/closing experience in immigration • You are comfortable with targets, pressure, and confrontation • Commission excites you more than fixed salary • Sales is your identity, not a backup plan • You are confident, street-smart, and know how to control conversations • You can communicate well in Hindi , English , Punjabi • Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory. • Proficiency in Gujarati will be considered an added advantage. ❌ DO NOT APPLY IF • You are theory-focused or bookish • You want a support/admin role • You avoid targets or rejection • You have never closed paid clients • You are uncomfortable with confrontation or high-pressure sales COMPENSATION Basic fixed pay high performance-based commissions Top performers earn more.
