AirSial is looking applications for the post of Trainee Engineer MCC in the Engineering & Maintenance department at Karachi. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Avionics, Electrical or Electronics) from a recognized university with 1 year of experience in MCC or line maintenance in an approved Part-145 maintenance organisation (excluding internship). Eligibility Criteria

• Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Aerospace, Mechanical, Avionics, Electrical, or Electronics from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1 year of experience working in an MCC or line maintenance environment within an approved Part-145 maintenance organization is preferable. On-the-job training and internships will not be counted as experience.
• Skills Required: Strong knowledge of basic engineering principles; experience working on the A320 family will be an advantage; good written and verbal communication skills; good IT and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) and line maintenance.
• Apply basic engineering principles to support airframe maintenance.
• Liaise with engineering personnel to resolve technical queries.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
• Experience of working on A-320 family aircraft would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Use of IT and computer packages to complete reports and records.
• Demonstrate awareness of safety and quality issues.
