Eligibility Criteria:

⦁ 0 – 30 days Notice Period (Immediate Joiners) Preferred

⦁ Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

⦁ Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar

⦁ Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts

⦁ Candidates must have a registered EP ID

Things To Carry:

⦁ Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume

⦁ It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

⦁ Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card

⦁ Candidates must carry a passport size photo

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in F&A - GL activities .
• Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Interaction with the client - Governance calls.
• SLA adherence.
• Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred.

Good to Have:

• Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools.
• Complex Accounting.
• Project Exp on Process Improvements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MS Office skills.
