This telehealth facility provides physician supervision for home health services delivered to an adult patient population within a residential treatment setting. The facility maintains a multidisciplinary support team that includes APPs and RNs to facilitate coordinated care delivery. Clinical operations are structured to support the ongoing medical oversight and consultation needs of the population served.

The Internal Medicine physician will serve as the supervising physician for a telehealth-based residential treatment setting, providing oversight to advanced practice clinicians conducting home health visits for an adult patient population. Clinical responsibilities include conducting monthly chart reviews and providing consultation as needed for advanced practitioners. The clinician will collaborate with APP and RN support staff to support the ongoing medical needs of the patient population. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
