VP of Data & Analytics: Strategy, Governance & AI

RPM Living is seeking a visionary Vice President of Data & Analytics to lead the strategic direction and operational maturity of the Data & Analytics organization within Product & Engineering. You will partner with the SVP to scale data engineering, analytics, and governance, reducing contractor reliance and driving a data-driven culture.

You will manage and develop a diverse team spanning data engineering, analytics/BI, governance, and QA, and you will collaborate with executives across
