We're looking for someone who understands that great Meta Ads are built on great creatives , not just campaign settings. Role Overview As a Junior Meta Ads Specialist , you'll manage Meta ad accounts for both our agencies and clients. Your role will involve developing creative testing strategies, launching campaigns, optimizing performance, and helping clients scale through better advertising. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency experience who wants to grow into a senior performance marketing role. Responsibilities Manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns Develop creative testing plans and new ad ideas Work closely with editors and creative teams to improve ad performance Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns Analyze campaign metrics including CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, and ROAS Conduct competitor research and identify winning creative trends Review client accounts regularly and provide optimization recommendations Submit daily or weekly performance updates Requirements 1-3 years of Meta Ads experience Previous agency experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager Good understanding of creative testing and performance marketing Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts Bonus Skills Experience with UGC and creative strategy Understanding of Meta's latest AI and creative optimization features Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools What We Offer Full-time remote role Competitive salary with performance bonuses Opportunity to work with international brands Direct exposure to high-scale creative testing Clear growth path into Senior Media Buyer or Performance Marketing roles Preference given to candidates based in or around Mumbai, with quarterly meetings at our Mumbai office If you're passionate about creative-first Meta advertising and want to build campaigns that genuinely scale businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
