Role Summary:

Own the IAF, Navy, and MHA account vertical end-to-end — from opportunity identification through proposal submission and post-award project tracking — as the primary point of ownership within the client-facing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership and control of all leads generated within the IAF, Navy, MHA department — from first contact to closure.

• Create and maintain a case file for every lead/opportunity, capturing all relevant client, technical, and commercial details.

• Generate client correspondence — letters, emails, and formal communication — for each case.

• Engage directly with clients through calls and meetings to understand requirements and build the relationship.

• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for all client and internal meetings.

• Discuss and finalize pursuit strategy for each opportunity in coordination with the Senior Manager / Manager.

• Track every case end-to-end — lead, proposal, negotiation, and award/closure — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Own the full proposal lifecycle for IAF, Navy, MHA-related bids, coordinating with the Compliance & Proposal Writer as needed.

• Report case status, pipeline health, and key risks to the Senior Manager / Manager on a regular cadence.

• Conduct Trials/Demonstrations for the end user.

Requirements:

• Ex-Serviceman.(Preference to Air Force/Navy)

• Have worked in EW/Communications/Technical or equivalent departments of the IAF, Navy, or MHA (Central Armed Police Forces).

• Experience in proposal management, or account management, ideally in defence/simulation-related industries.

• Strong understanding of tendering processes (RFP/RFI/EOI) and government/defence procurement is a plus.

• Strong understanding of DAP and other procurement procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
