Role Description The Business Operations & Strategy Analyst Intern is a contract role based in Seattle, WA with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. In this role, the intern will support strategic and operational initiatives by collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and identifying trends that inform business decisions. Daily responsibilities include assisting with business performance analyses, developing and maintaining dashboards, and supporting strategy projects across teams such as product, finance, and operations. The intern will help evaluate new business opportunities, contribute to process improvements, and prepare presentations and documentation for leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional partners and clear communication of insights will be essential to success in this position.
QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.Experience or coursework in Business Analysis and Finance, supporting evaluation of performance metrics, forecasts, and business cases.Interest and capability in Strategic Planning and Consulting, including structured problem-solving and recommendation development.Comfort working with data tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, basic BI tools) and learning new analytics platforms.Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise reports and presentations.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in hybrid settings with both in-person and remote team interactions. xzbcwsv Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in strategy, operations, or analytics is a plus.
