I’m seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for a manufacturing organization.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong leadership skills, financial reporting expertise, and experience overseeing accounting and treasury functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee monthly financial close and financial statement preparation.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Manage annual and semi-annual audits.Oversee cash management, treasury activities, and short- and long-term loans.Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.Supervise and develop the accounting team.Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior leadership.Support inventory accuracy and continuous process improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.MBA in Finance or Accounting, or CPA, preferred.7–10 years of accounting and treasury supervisory experience preferred.Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost accounting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and internal controls.Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. xzbcwsv Interested or know someone who may be a great fit?
