(A) JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Software Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will be PMP-certified, possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and have proven experience managing complex projects across cross-functional teams. (B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY  Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of software projects  Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements  Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones  Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and vendors  Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget  Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and senior management  Manage change requests and scope adjustments effectively  Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques  Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices  Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)  Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries  Ensure compliance with organizational processes and governance (C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field  PMP Certification (Mandatory)  6–10 years of total experience in the IT/software industry  Minimum 4 years of hands-on project management experience  Proven track record of delivering software projects successfully  Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)  Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps)  Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously PREFERRED SKILLS  Experience managing enterprise or large-scale software implementations  Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)  Vendor and stakeholder management experience  Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management  Experience in client-facing roles  Key Competencies  Leadership & Team Management  Stakeholder Communication  Risk Management  Decision Making  Conflict Resolution  Time & Resource Management
