Production OperatorWe are seeking a reliable Production Operator to support manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will follow all safety procedures, operate equipment, handle materials, and perform general production duties as assigned.Location: Gurley, AL 35748 Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Shift Pattern: 3-2-3 rotating schedule. Days will rotate, and employees will work every other weekend.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety rules and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).Report safety incidents, unsafe acts, and hazardous conditions.Weigh and grade powder.Load and unload mills.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills and KnowledgeStrong record-keeping skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to read, write, and perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Physical RequirementsAbility to climb a 4-foot ladder.Ability to use power tools, chains, hoists, tuggers, and other equipment as needed.Ability to use both hands simultaneously while pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, lifting, stooping, and walking.Ability to stand for extended periods.Good hand-eye coordination and well-coordinated physical movement.Ability to lift up to 33 pounds.Work Environment and HazardsModerate dust exposure.Work is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all safety procedures.EducationHigh school diploma or GED required.ExperienceAt least one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
