About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the air export segment by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and strengthening market presence.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for smooth execution of shipments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BMS preferred)
• MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics – preferred

Required Skills

• Experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales (Air Exports preferred)
• Strong understanding of air export processes and pricing
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven with strong commercial acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
