Location: West Palm Beach, FL (on-site)Employment type: Full-time for the Project Engineer role / Internship hours will be dependent on availability.

Eden Executive Search is partnering with a growing commercial general contractor in South Florida to build its next generation of project leaders. This group is shaping the skyline of West Palm Beach and Miami - joining us now would give you experience on high-rise and large-scale commercial projects.
We're starting an early-career program with two ways in:Project Engineer (entry-level): for recent graduates ready to start full-time.Construction Intern: for current students who want real project experience, with a path to a full-time Project Engineer offer.
This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll sit with a project team, work on live jobs and learn how commercial buildings get delivered from preconstruction through closeout.
What you'll doSupport Project Managers and Superintendents on active commercial projectsManage RFIs, submittals and the document logHelp track schedules, budgets and change ordersAttend owner, architect and subcontractor meetings and take minutesWalk the job site to track progress, quality and safetyHelp with buyout, scopes of work and subcontractor coordinationSupport punch lists and closeout documentsWhat we're looking forA degree in progress or completed in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or a related fieldInterns: currently enrolled, junior or senior standing preferredProject Engineers: 0–4 years of experience, including internshipsOrganized, responsive and comfortable juggling several moving piecesStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable with Microsoft Office; Procore, Bluebeam or scheduling software is a plusWilling to spend time on active job sitesReliable transportation to West Palm Beach area projectsWhat you'll getMentorship from experienced PMs and SuperintendentsHands-on experience on commercial projects in South FloridaA clear path from intern to Project Engineer to Assistant PM and beyondPay: salary will depend on experience; Intern: an agreed upon hourly rateBenefits for full-time hires: medical, PTO, 401(k), phone allowance, incentive bonus etc.
