Inspire Talent is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise technology and cyber security programme.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical experience across PingAuthorize, SailPoint, application architecture, API-driven environments and DevOps , alongside experience working with AWS and modern containerised infrastructure.

This position would suit an experienced IAM professional who is comfortable operating across architecture, development, integration and DevOps within complex enterprise environments.

• Design, develop and support enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Work with PingAuthorize technologies across application and API environments.
• Support IAM solutions involving SailPoint technologies.
• Contribute to application architecture and technical solution design.
• Develop and manage end-to-end flows across API-driven applications and services.
• Support DevOps processes associated with IAM platforms.
• Work with AWS infrastructure, particularly EKS and RDS .
• Build, manage and deploy solutions using Docker container images.
• Support application development and integration across Java, SQL and web technologies.
• Develop and integrate REST and SOAP web services .
• Troubleshoot complex identity, application and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, infrastructure and cyber security teams.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, performance and operational requirements.
  

Candidates should have:

• 8+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Strong experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM) .
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with PingAuthorize .
• SailPoint / SailPoint DevOps experience.
• Application architecture experience.
• Experience developing and managing end-to-end flows within API-driven environments.
• Strong DevOps experience.
• AWS experience, particularly EKS and RDS .
• Experience managing and deploying Docker images.
• Java development experience.
• Developer-level SQL knowledge.
• Linux experience.
• Experience with REST services and SOAP web services.
• Understanding of and HTML.
• Knowledge of Apache Web Server fundamentals.

The position is available across Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune and operates on a hybrid working model .
