The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading NGO or Foundation operations , managing cross-functional teams, and driving measurable social impact through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and strong governance practices.

• sStrong knowledge of finance, legal compliance, budgeting, and operations managemen
• tExperience in managing multi-stakeholder social development program
• sUnderstanding of SROI (Social Return on Investment), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and SDG frameworks (Sustainable Development Goals), and impact measurement framework
• sStrong MIS, reporting, and presentation skill
• sExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitie
