Fireclay Tile is seeking a Lifecycle Growth & Analytics Manager to drive data-driven lifecycle programs across homeowner, designer, trade, and commercial journeys. You will own email, CRM, direct mail, and on-site touchpoints, using AI to accelerate analysis while protecting privacy and the customer experience.

You will collaborate across Brand, Product, Growth, Sales, Client Success, and Technology, with a focus on conversion, retention, and long-term customer value.
