Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation

Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute community. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while ensuring safety, dignity, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound and IV care, coordination with an interdisciplinary team, and clear communication with residents and families.
