Day to day tasks

• Provide L2 operational support across the global PCM ecosystem. • Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and Jira.• Troubleshoot cross-system issues across Censhare, PI Center and PIM-API.• Perform SQL-based data validation and analysis.• Monitor system health and alerts using Datadog and Grafana.• Handle re-exports, translation orders and other production issues.• Manage user access via XIAM and PIM.• Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.

Roles and responsibilities

• Provide global L2 application support.• Perform incident management and root-cause analysis.• Troubleshoot cross-system integration issues.• Monitor application and system health.• Support data validation and production operations.• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge management.• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
