This position involves prospecting and engaging potential buyers, sellers, and investors, conducting property viewings, and providing detailed information on real estate options aligned with client objectives. The agent will perform market research, prepare property listings, coordinate marketing activities, and support negotiation and transaction processes from initial inquiry through closing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, collaborating with internal consultants, and delivering responsive, high-quality customer service. The role requires proactive relationship building and regular in-person meetings with clients and partners in the Gurugram area. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends, valuation, and transaction processes. Candidates should possess proven Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to nurture client relationships and close deals. Candidates should possess effective communication and negotiation skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and accurate documentation. Relevant experience in residential or commercial real estate in Gurugram or nearby markets is highly beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, property listing platforms, office productivity software) is advantageous.
