A dynamic Miami-based family is seeking an Interiors & Hospitality Manager to lead interior service across their primary residence, yacht, Fisher Island condo, and seasonal Hamptons residence. This role oversees housekeeping, laundry, guest services, and inventory, and delivers anticipatory, top-tier service to the family and their guests. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, and hands-on, and moves easily between boat and land. About 75% of the role will be dedicated to hospitality and interiors management, with about 25% to hands-on housekeeping.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversees and executes all interior service, including housekeeping and laundry operationsMaintains exceptional cleanliness and presentation in all guest areasManages wardrobe organization and family and guest turn-down serviceUpholds high standards of table décor, arrangements, and linen presentationPrepares for formal and informal dining, cocktail and food service, and eventsCoordinates seasonal décor and floral refreshes aligned with family preferencesHandles pre-arrival setups, onboard service, and food and beverage prepConfirms daily guest counts before outings and onboard staysSupports day and weekend trips to Fisher Island and the Bahamas, including deck duties as neededSupervises children for safety onboard and at properties when neededConducts monthly inventory of provisions, amenities, beverages, and personal care items across the yacht and Fisher Island condoSubmits weekly order lists to the Director of Residences and tracks interior expensesCreates and maintains SOPs and household manuals for staff and guest preferencesPartners with the Captain and Director of Residences on provision checklists, vessel readiness, and seasonal transitionsOversee housekeeping at Fisher Island and join marina downtime deep cleans
QUALIFICATIONSExperience as a Chief Stew, Interiors Manager, Butler or 5 star hotelStrong knowledge of formal service, table settings, florals, and wardrobe careHighly detail oriented, maintains estates and yacht to highest standardsStrong experience with inventory and expense trackingExperience developing SOPs, checklists and spreadsheets to optimize standards and workflowDiscreet, professional, and trustworthyFirst class housekeeping and organizational skillsDemonstrates perfect balance professionalism and personable nature, naturally comfortable in “front-of-house” roleProvides five star service as everyday north starComfortable working aboard, with children, and on weekend boat days
Location: Miami, FL (August to June) and Hamptons (June to August)
Compensation: 100-120k base; discretionary seasonal and annual bonus; 10 days PTO, health benefits, 401(k)
Schedule: Typically Wednesday-Sunday; Friday-Sunday are often boat days
