Key Responsibilities

SAP Basics - Role and Responsibilities

• 1. Provide technical support for SAP Systems run on HANA Database in On-Premises & AWS
• 2. Responding to end user tickets in a timely manner owning basis issues to resolution.
• 3. Performance tuning and optimization of mission critical systems running on HANA DB.
• 4. Deployment of SAP Systems on AWS.
• 5. Monitor SAP System landscape for issue and undertake trouble shooting activities to resolve problems.
• 6. Perform System installation, upgrades, Migration using SWPM and SUM tools.
• Required Skills and experience:
• 7. Senior SAP Basis Consultant should have 8 to 10 years in SAP Basis with good working knowledge on HANA DB is must.
• 8. Willing to work in shift patterns.
• 9. Working knowledge related to SAP Basis tasks in Solution Manager is mandatory.
• 10. Should have experience in deploying SAP Workloads in AWS.
