About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP - ADM / Design Manager to lead the design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for high end residential developments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience integrating MEP systems seamlessly into premium architectural projects.

This role requires a balance of technical excellence, design sensitivity, regulatory knowledge, and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end design and development of MEP systems for luxury villas and residential projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, calculations, and design submissions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, coordination issues, and compliance concerns.
• Manage MEP design budgets, timelines, deliverables, and value engineering initiatives.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Implement BIM and coordination workflows to improve design accuracy and minimize site conflicts.
• Support the project from concept design through detailed design, execution, testing, and commissioning.
• Propose sustainable, energy efficient, and cost effective MEP solutions without compromising luxury, comfort, or aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP design and project management.
• Experience in luxury villas, high end residential, hospitality, or premium real estate projects will be preferred.
• Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.

• Extensive experience reviewing MEP specifications and design submissions.
• Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and clash detection workflows.
• Experience integrating MEP systems without compromising architectural aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and sustainable design alternatives.
• Proven experience managing projects from design development through implementation.
• Experience mentoring engineers, designers, and drafting teams.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies and improve design efficiency.
• Ability to work with high end clients and stakeholders while balancing luxury, comfort, functionality, and operational efficiency.
