Youth Worker – Make a Difference Every Day!

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with young people, building relationships, and making a positive impact? Join our team as a Youth Worker and help young people discover their strengths, build confidence, and work toward their goals!

As a Youth Worker, you'll be part mentor, coach, cheerleader, and trusted support. You'll create a safe and positive environment where youth can learn, grow, have fun, and feel supported.

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful, positive relationships with youth.
• Encourage youth to reach their personal, social, and educational goals.
• Plan and participate in fun group activities and community outings.
• Use TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and trauma-informed strategies.
• Support youth during challenging moments and help them regain a sense of control.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment.
• Work as part of a team to support each young person's individual needs and goals.

Available Schedules

1 Open Position: Friday–Monday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

3 Open Positions: Saturday–Sunday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

This is an on-site, hands-on position where every day can bring a new opportunity to make an impact.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

1. High School diploma/GED.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates or higher degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in serving at risk youth or in a residential program.
• A background or college courses in education, social work, or psychology.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

• CPR / First Aid certified.
• Ability to handle physical activities, including recreational activities
• Good driving record
