Manage end-to-end elevator installation projects from site readiness to commissioning and handover.

Plan and supervise lift installation activities as per project timelines.

Manage installation teams, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.

Coordinate with customers, builders, consultants, and site teams.

Ensure proper installation of elevator components including rails, machines, doors, cabins, electrical systems, and control panels .

Monitor project progress, manpower, material availability, and installation quality.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements at sites.

Troubleshoot installation and technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.

Conduct testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final handover.

Prepare project reports, installation progress updates, and MIS.

Ensure projects are completed within agreed time, cost, quality, and safety parameters .
