Focused on creating and executing end-to-end sourcing strategies, the full-time Strategic Sourcer will manage talent attraction efforts remotely to recruit key talent, build talent pipelines, and leverage market analysis to inform sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines ahead of vacancies Develop sourcing strategies targeting critical talent in competitive markets Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and maintain candidate engagement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5+ years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in pharmaceutical operations Progressive CRM experience preferred Experience in screening, prescreening, and interviewing candidates Ability to create and execute talent strategies for critical roles
