The goal for the Merchandiser is to prepare and reconfigure merchandise displays in stores so that it is both available for customers to purchase and for the Route Salespeople to support. The individual in this position will be responsible for interpreting planograms, arranging and rearranging merchandise displays in accordance with established planograms and providing support to the Route Salespeople. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and implement planograms
• Set-up displays in accordance with planograms for seasonal and promotional

• Sign displays
• Ensure proper pricing of product
• Load product on display
• Setup and re configure in-line sections as directed utilizing established

• Assure customer satisfaction with Imperial
• Other duties as needed

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in retail, grocery, food service, or merchandising is

• Ability to read and write short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
