Chartered accountant

Winsome Group is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant for its Pune office at Viman Nagar. The primary focus of this role will be RERA compliance and documentation, statutory compliance, taxation, audits and financial reporting for real estate projects.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and manage RERA compliance and documentation, including project cost records, fund utilization details, certificates, compliance reports and regulatory submissions. Manage banking relationships, including fund transfers and account operations, in accordance with RERA rules and regulations. Ensure complete statutory compliance, including taxation, GST, TDS, audits, accounting standards and other applicable financial regulations. Prepare, review and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow reports and management reports. Handle real estate project accounting, project wise cost tracking, construction expense monitoring, contractor billing and vendor payment records. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, RERA consultants, banks, financial institutions and internal project teams. Maintain proper documentation, approvals, reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and financial records for audit and compliance purposes. Prepare MIS reports, cash flow updates, budgeting inputs and profitability analysis for management review. Identify compliance gaps, documentation issues, financial risks and process gaps, and support timely corrective action.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant. More than 10 years of relevant experience. Strong experience in RERA compliance and documentation and real estate financial compliance is required. Prior experience in a real estate, construction or infrastructure company is required. Strong understanding of project costing, fund utilization, contractor payments, vendor billing, construction finance and regulatory documentation. Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, audits, accounting standards and statutory compliance. Ability to independently manage finance, compliance and documentation responsibilities. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, integrity and ownership.
