Dream Live Prosper Communities seeks a Make Ready Service Technician to prepare and maintain apartment homes for new and current residents. Responsibilities include turning vacant units, completing basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, painting, cleaning, and ensuring all homes meet safety and quality standards. You’ll respond to work orders, support preventative maintenance, and collaborate with the property team to deliver safe, attractive, and well-maintained communities that enhance residents’ daily lives.
