Plaintiff Personal Injury AttorneyCorradino & Partners, LLC is an established and growing New Jersey plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeking an attorney to manage a caseload of motor vehicle, premises liability, dog bite, construction accident, wrongful death, and other negligence matters.This is a full-time, in-office position based in Clifton, New Jersey. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff while managing cases from inception through resolution.

ResponsibilitiesManage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, trial, or other resolutionConduct client consultations and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the life of the caseReview medical records, accident reports, expert reports, and other case-related documentationDraft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and other litigation documentsTake and defend depositionsNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counselAttend court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as necessaryWork closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure files are progressing efficientlyDevelop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunitiesQualificationsLicensed and in good standing to practice law in New JerseyPlaintiff personal injury experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing litigation matters and working directly with clientsAbility to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively within a team environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDeposition, xzbcwsv negotiation, and courtroom experience are a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceStrong administrative and paralegal supportEstablished referral network and steady case volumeModern case management and technology platformOpportunity for long-term professional growth within a respected plaintiff personal injury practice
