Sales Development Representative - US Market

Hiring: Sales Development Representative – US Market Location: Navi Mumbai Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Work Model: Work from Office | 5 days a week | Monday–Friday Experience: 1–3 Years We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing B2B SaaS/technology business and help build the North American sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify B2B leads across the North American market • Drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn networking • Identify decision-makers and create meaningful business conversations • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team • Nurture inbound and outbound leads through the sales funnel • Develop effective outreach messaging and calling strategies • Track lead conversion, campaign performance and other key metrics • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion What We're Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, SDR or Sales • Experience in B2B SaaS / Technology is preferred • Proven experience in North America lead generation and cold calling • Strong hunting, prospecting, lead qualification and nurturing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, etc. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field ⭐ Required Skills Cold Calling | Lead Generation | B2B Sales | US Market | SaaS | Business Development | LinkedIn Prospecting | Email Outreach | Lead Qualification | CRM Interested?
