What you'll do

Own a monthly sales target of 20,000 sq ft across assigned projects

Build the team: recruit and develop Team Leaders and BDEs

Run weekly reviews — results, misses, and next-week sales plan — presented at the Monday HOD meeting

Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Registration teams for smooth closures

Grow the channel partner ecosystem for your projects

What you'll earn

Fixed salary: ₹35,000/month

Incentives: ₹20–₹70 per sq ft on project sales — at 20,000 sq ft/month this is a multi-lakh monthly earning opportunity

Fast track to General Manager for consistent performers

✅ What we're looking for

5+ years in real estate sales, 2+ years leading teams to targets

Track record of closing plotted development / villa / apartment sales in Bengaluru

Strong on numbers: funnel management, conversion tracking, forecasting

Kannada + English essential

On-site: Jayanagar HQ + project sites
